Security and Damages:
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any theft or damages. The customer will be provided with the maids' credentials verification details and photos, and all necessary documentation. The customer is advised to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their belongings.

Service Charge and Replacement:
- Customers are required to wait for a minimum of 15 days from the week of paying the service charge for the assigned maid. The same time frame applies in the case of requesting a replacement. No refund will be provided after the service charge has been paid.

Transportation Charges:
- Customers are responsible for covering the transportation charges associated with the candidates. This includes any costs incurred for the replacement process.

- No refunds will be issued once the service charge has been paid. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review and assess their requirements before committing to the service.
